Your order is prepared and shipped the same way everything at ScooterFarmz is made — with care, honesty, and small-batch precision.Here’s everything you need to know about shipping, packaging, returns, and refunds.

SHIPPING

Processing Time

Most orders ship within 1–3 business days.
Small-batch or handcrafted items may need an extra day for preparation.

You’ll receive an email or text when your order is packed and when it ships.

Shipping Methods

We ship through:

  • USPS

  • UPS

You’ll receive tracking as soon as it becomes available.

Packaging

All packaging is:

  • Discreet

  • Secure

  • Hand-packed by Scott

  • Protected for safe transport

No branding on the outside. No unnecessary information. Just clean, professional packaging.

Shipping Delays

Once a package is with USPS or UPS, timing is in their hands.
However — if something looks off, just reach out.
We’ll help track it down, assist with claims, and make sure you're taken care of.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is lost or marked delivered but not received:

  1. Double-check with neighbors/household

  2. Contact USPS or UPS directly

  3. Email scooterfarmz420@gmail.com

We’ll work with you to resolve it.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Return Policy

Because ScooterFarmz products are small-batch, handcrafted, and made for personal use, returns are handled case-by-case.

If there’s an issue, email info@scooterfarmz.com within 14 days of delivery.

Eligible Returns

We may approve a return/refund if:

  • The wrong item was sent

  • An item arrived damaged

  • An item is missing

  • There is a clear quality issue

Every situation is reviewed personally by Scott.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened wellness items

  • Used accessories

  • Items with wear or odor

  • Digital or downloadable items (if offered)

Refunds

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds go back to your original payment method

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email

  • Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider

Exchanges

If the wrong item was received, or if an exchange makes sense, Scott will work directly with you to make it right.
