In 2018, as a civil engineer, I was involved in reviewing marijuana licenses before there was a regulatory commission. This experience allowed me to understand the financial aspects involved, which were astonishing. Realizing that I would never have a couple million dollars, I decided to learn how to grow commercially. Seven years later, I am seeking funding to submit my application.

To facilitate this, I created a website to raise funds by selling my personal property. For the past four years, I have been accumulating various products at low cost, resulting in an extensive back stock. My social media channels are established and ready to promote a community-focused venture that features local merchants, art, and a blog. Through this approach, I aim to network effectively both online and in person.

I have self-funded this endeavor up until now, and though it has been challenging, I continue to progress. Initially aiming for a January launch, I have faced delays due to the high-risk nature of the project. Despite these challenges, I remain committed and will use my professional credentials and experience to succeed. I am a Massachusetts Licensed Professional SIT 1121, Land Surveyor with contributions to published case law and studies, proving my capabilities. Additionally, I plan to include a page on the website detailing marijuana laws for those who need it. While I have experience in inventory and cost management, I seek further understanding of marketing strategies.
